Our History

Selwyn Baker established his construction business, originally entitled S.G Baker Ltd, in the North Island township of Waihi in 1958. At first, Sel worked from a garage next to his home until the completion of the newly-built factory and showroom. At that time he could not have foreseen the success his new venture would enjoy. The business went on to become a trusted name for all building and renovation work, quality joinery, as well as glazing.
